About this design

The Tiko set pairs a fitted sleeveless waistcoat with matching shorts. The waistcoat fastens with jewel buttons and ends in a pointed hem, a nod to menswear reworked for women. The whole palette stays in blues: embroidered denim for an urban look, indigo ndop for a proud Cameroonian touch, blue geometric wax or midnight blue gabardine for something more understated.

A fitted waistcoat must follow the bust without pulling between the buttons, and the shorts need to sit right on the hips and thighs. These are two pieces where a few centimetres make all the difference. Your Douala tailor cuts them from your measurements; KOUTIVA then checks the buttons and the finish of the pointed hem before delivery.
